JOB DESCRIPTION:

Company Name: Thriwe Consulting Pvt. Ltd.
Position: Program Management Head
No. Of Opening: 4
Experience: 8-12 years
Salary: Market Standard
Working Location: Saket, New Delhi
Highest Qualification: Technical Graduate

About Thriwe:
Thriwe is a technology driven, one-stop solution for Loyalty & Benefits, catering to both National and International Markets. Founded in the year 2011 with headquarters in India and offices across UAE, Singapore, and Saudi Arabia; Thriwe provides an ecosystem that delivers premium Customer Acquisition, Retention, & Allegiance services to the world’s leading Financial Institutions & Card Networks. With over 1,00,000+ partner associations and service delivery presence in 130 countries worldwide, we empower clients to invigorate engagement with their most valuable customers.

Scope of Ownership:

OWNS DOES NOT OWN
Milestone tracking and delivery integrity — client programs and internal initiatives What to build — product decisions (PM owns)
Cross-team and cross-POD dependency mapping How to build — engineering decisions (EM/TL owns)
Blocker escalation before deadlines are missed Technical architecture and implementation choices
Team management — guiding and growing Program Managers within the function Client commercial relationships and negotiations
Delivery status communication to clients and internal stakeholders Backlog sequencing and feature prioritization
Risk flagging and sprint retrospective facilitation Engineering capacity planning

Roles and Responsibilities:
  • Own end-to-end delivery integrity for both client programs and internal product initiatives — client program delivery is the primary focus; internal initiatives unlock long-term platform value.
  • Track 2–5 day atomic milestones per sprint across all assigned workstreams — each milestone must have a clear owner, acceptance criteria, and committed date.
  • Identify milestone risk at least 24 hours in advance; never surface a blocker on or after a deadline.
  • Map all cross-team and cross-POD dependencies at sprint start — maintain them actively throughout the cycle.
  • Escalate blockers on the day they are identified — with context, impact, and a proposed resolution path.
  • Run daily standups focused on blockers and next 24-hour targets — not status recitation.
  • Coordinate across engineering, product, ops, and client-facing teams to remove blockers at every delivery stage.
  • Formally raise timeline or scope concerns when priorities create delivery risk — with data; commit fully once a decision is made.
  • Prepare and deliver concise weekly delivery status updates to leadership and relevant stakeholders with escalation flags where required.
  • Own client program onboarding pipeline tracking: Not Started → In Setup → In Progress → UAT → Go-Live Ready → Live.
  • Lead, mentor, and grow Program Managers within the function — set standards, review delivery quality, and build team capability over time.
  • Drive sprint retrospectives — document root causes of slippages and actionable changes for the next cycle.
  • Surface systemic cross-team delivery risks to leadership, not just sprint-level issues.

Skills:
  • 8–12 years of experience in program or delivery management within a product/engineering environment.
  • Proven ability to own delivery across multiple concurrent workstreams — client-facing and internal — without losing thread.
  • Experience managing and mentoring a team of Program Managers or project managers.
  • Experience working across product, engineering, ops, and client teams simultaneously.
  • Strong command of project management tools: Jira, Linear, Notion, or equivalent.
  • Exceptional written communication — can produce a crisp delivery update a CXO or client can act on.
  • Demonstrated ability to escalate early and precisely — frames blockers as: what is stuck, who owns it, impact, what is needed.
  • Challenge & Commit mindset — raises concerns formally, drives alignment, and executes without re-litigating.
  • Prior experience in B2B SaaS, fintech, or loyalty/benefits technology preferred.
  • Familiarity with multi-tenant, integration-heavy product systems is a strong advantage.
  • Exposure to global clients (international banks, card networks, or cross-border programs) is a good-to-have.
  • Formal project management certification (PMP, CSM, or equivalent) is desirable.

  • Macbook Pro and Monitor for the best development setup
