JOB DESCRIPTION:
Company Name: Thriwe Consulting Pvt. Ltd.
Position: Data Analyst — Product & Engineering
No. Of Opening: 1
Experience: 2-4 years
Salary: Market Standard
Working Location: Saket, New Delhi
Highest Qualification: Technical Graduate
About Thriwe:
Thriwe is a technology driven, one-stop solution for Loyalty & Benefits, catering to both National and International Markets. Founded in the year 2011 with headquarters in India and offices across UAE, Singapore, and Saudi Arabia; Thriwe provides an ecosystem that delivers premium Customer Acquisition, Retention, & Allegiance services to the world’s leading Financial Institutions & Card Networks. With over 1,00,000+ partner associations and service delivery presence in 130 countries worldwide, we empower clients to invigorate engagement with their most valuable customers.
Scope of Ownership:
| OWNS | DOES NOT OWN |
| Dashboards and reports that give PMs visibility into product health | Product prioritization and feature decisions — PM owns these |
| Deep-dive analysis to answer specific PM questions on adoption, drop-off, and quality | Data infrastructure, pipelines, and ingestion — Engineering owns these |
| Metric definition — what to measure and how, in collaboration with PM | Client-facing commercial reporting — separate function |
| Proactive flagging when data signals an anomaly or trend worth attention | Interpretation of business strategy — PM and leadership own this |
| Self-serve analytics tooling so PMs can explore data independently | Data governance and access control policy |
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain dashboards that give Product Managers live visibility into key product metrics — adoption, engagement, drop-off, and session quality, starting with the AI Concierge product.
- Answer specific analytical questions raised by PMs: why did metric X move, what cohort is behaving differently, where is the funnel breaking.
- Define metrics in collaboration with the PM — what constitutes a meaningful session, a successful booking, a churned user — and ensure consistent measurement across tools.
- Perform funnel analysis, cohort analysis, and retention analysis to surface actionable signals, not just data.
- Identify anomalies proactively — flag metric movements that a PM should know about before they ask.
- Build self-serve reports and BI views so PMs and Program Managers can explore data independently without raising a request each time.
- Work with Engineering to ensure the right events are instrumented at the product layer — close gaps between what is tracked and what needs to be tracked.
- Translate data findings into crisp narratives — a PM should be able to act on an analysis without decoding it.
- As scope grows, extend analytical coverage to additional PODs and initiatives across the product org.
- Maintain data accuracy and flag discrepancies between source systems, BI tools, and reported numbers.
Skills:
- 2–4 years of experience in a data analyst, product analyst, or business intelligence role.
- Strong SQL — comfortable writing complex queries across multiple tables without assistance.
- Hands-on experience with at least one BI tool: Metabase, Looker, Tableau, Power BI, or equivalent.
- Working knowledge of Python or R for data analysis and visualization — pandas, matplotlib, seaborn, or equivalent.
- Experience building funnel analysis, cohort analysis, and retention reports in a product context.
- Ability to translate an ambiguous PM question into a structured analytical approach.
- Clear written communication — can present a data finding in 3–5 lines a non-analyst can act on.
- Comfortable working with event-level data from product instrumentation (e.g. Mixpanel, Amplitude, Segment, or custom event logs).
- Understanding of AI analytical tools and methodologies — including AI-assisted analysis, LLM-based insight generation, and evaluation of conversational or generative AI product metrics.
- Prior experience in a B2B SaaS, fintech, or consumer-facing tech product preferred.
- Exposure to AI/conversational product analytics (chatbot sessions, intent classification, fallback rates) is a strong advantage.

- Paid Time Off and Parental Leave
- Flexible Working Environment: We have a lot of flexibility in the structure of when we work and how we work together, with a long-standing, supportive environment
