Roles and Responsibilities:
● Design, develop, and maintain critical software in a fast-paced quality-conscious
environment
● Quickly understand complex systems/code and own key pieces of the system, including
the delivered quality
● Diagnose and troubleshoot complex problems in a distributed computing environment
● Work alongside other Engineers and cross functional teams to diagnose/troubleshoot
any production performance related issues
● Work in Python, Shell and built systems on Docker
● Defining and setting development, test, release, update, and support processes
for DevOps operation
● Identifying and deploying cybersecurity measures by continuously performing
vulnerability assessment and risk management
● Strive for continuous improvement and build continuous integration, continuous
development, and constant deployment pipeline (CI/CD Pipeline)
● Managing periodic reporting on the progress to the management and the
customer
Skills:
● Familiarity with scripting languages: python, shell scripting
● Proper understanding of networking and security protocols (HTTPS, SSL, Certs)
● Experience in building containers and container orchestration applications (K8S/ECS/
Docker)
● Experience working on Linux based infrastructure, GIT, CI/CD Tools, Jenkins, Terraform
● Configuration and managing databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, Mongo
● Working knowledge of various tools, open-source technologies, and cloud services (AWS
preferably)
